  • I have a free account. Why should I upgrade to a premium account?

    The free eCard Profile is a great option to start with, but if you want to boost your visibility, and expand the capabilities of your profile then you'll need to upgrade to a premium account. View a comparison of what you will get if you upgrade here

  • How can I make my profile stand out more?

    You can purchase "profile add-ons" which help your profile stand out from the crowd. Login to your account and click the "profile add-ons" to view the options we have available.

  • What is the "employee-of-the-month" add-on?

    Give your profile a little extra attention by selecting one of our unique “Add Ons.” When administrators get back their search returns this icon will appear next to your profile which gives you a better chance than of being picked.

  • How can I edit my profile?

    Login to your account and after you login you will see "My Account" in the top right corner of your screen. If you mouse over that area you'll see "edit my profile" in the list of options.

  • I can't upload my resume?

    If you have the free eCard Profile then uploading a resume isn't an option. You'll have to purchase a Premium Account Upgrade in order to upload a resume. Login to your account and click "profile add-ons" at the top, and select "premium upgrades" to start the upgrade process.

  • How do I upload a video to my profile?

    You must have a Premium Account in order to embed videos into your profile. If you have a free eCard Profile and want to embed video into your profile then login to your account, then click "profile add-ons" at the top, and select "premium upgrade" to start the upgrade process.

    We're sorry to hear that. If there are no teachers showing up after completing a search then there none available at this time. Help us spread the word!

  • How do I change my password?

    At anytime you can reset your password by going to /reset-password/ and entering your email address. You will receive an email with a link with instructions on how to complete your password reset.

  • I want to close my account

    In order to close your account you'll first need to login. After login locate the "My Account" menu item in the top right of the page and click the "Update Login Information" in the dropdown. At the bottom of this page you will see a button to delete your account.
